Sound Healing & Qigong Instructor
Janelle is a certified Sound Healing and Qigong instructor who guides students through practices rooted in breath, movement, and mindful awareness. She blends ancient wisdom with modern intention, creating sessions that feel grounding, restorative, and deeply calming. Through the healing vibrations of sound, Janelle helps restore energetic balance and invites the body into profound relaxation. Her gentle presence and intuitive teaching style make each session a nurturing experience for mind, body, and spirit.

Elena is a certified yoga instructor in Canada who teaches with gentle presence and mindful intention.
